SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Most orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Tracking numbers, if applicable, are emailed through Etsy once your order has been scheduled for shipment. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, be sure to check your junk mail folder and email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I can look it up. Undeliverable (return to sender) orders will be cancelled and refunded less the cost of shipping.
Damaged Items: While we try our hardest to pack all of our products with the utmost care, accidents do happen and occasionally items do break in transit, especially with the fragile nature of some of our glassware and mirrors. If you happen to receive a broken item, please shoot us a message and include photos of the damaged item as well as photos of the inner and outer packaging. These photos are required so that we may submit an insurance claim to the shipping company. Additionally, you may be required to fill out an affidavit, which we will send to you. Please be assured that we will do everything we can to either replace the broken item with a new one or refund your money once we receive all necessary documentation.

Return to Sender
Should your package be returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will contact you to inquire about another shipping address. Please respond within 7 business days, otherwise your order will be canceled and money refunded less the cost of shipping.
If you received a damaged item, please message me with details about the damage. You must include photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the packaging itself so I may submit a claim to the shipping company. I will be happy to extend a refund or exchange of the damaged order once I receive the required information.
Our shop cannot be held liable for any unexpected delays caused by the Post Office or other shipping companies that are out of our control.
